Bewitched in Spooktacular Adventures

 Happy Thursday!

How is everyone doing? This week I was able to do some artwork and journaling. My back is getting better but still hurts and my left arm from Lymphedema hurts this week. It's a constant battle as I get older. I am okay and grateful for each day.

Lately I've been enjoying walks in Autumn leaves

I've enjoyed Pizza from Pizzaiolo

I've been enjoying and finding comfort in fragrances like this.

Enjoyed making an Autumn wallpaper on Canva and love eating dumpling soup.

I've been enjoying making vlogs but I do find many challenges with vlogging and editing.

But I love to look back on memories.

It's a creative challenge and I want to get better at it.

This is a little part of the "Saints, Sinners Lovers and Fools"  Exhibit

"The Southern Netherlands — better known today as Flanders — was home to revolutionary artists such as Peter Paul Rubens, Anthony Van Dyck, Hans Memling, and others. These extraordinary painters found new ways to depict reality, portray humanity, and tell stories that created parallels to their world then - and to our world today.

This large-scale exhibition, featuring over 80 stunning art works and objects — medieval, Renaissance, and baroque paintings, sculptures and more — offers a doorway into the Southern Netherlands of 1400 to 1700, a dynamic environment where new artistic genres and styles were created and flourished. The exhibition's unique presentation introduces the visitor, through these rare, extraordinary artworks, to stories of enterprising townspeople, prosperous cities, and an ever-developing society." -  ROM

Tuesday Tea & A Farewell Poem to October

This is not the poem

I pulled my back last night

Don't ask how 

Ok 

I will tell you

Just getting into my PJ's 

yup that's all it took

Now I'm sitting and can't move from the couch

Thank goodness I have some help today.

Yesterday I tried this tea and It's in my favourite mug

I love the Nutcracker story and this mug is from Indigo

it has the characters all over it

I have a green version of this mug as well but it's in boxes from our move

We haven't unboxed everything

The tea is Organic Green Tea Matcha with toasted rice 

I really love the flavour of the toasted rice.

My Sweet October

October,

Colours of red, orange, yellow, brown

Leaves are falling all around and the air is cool

Fireplace in the air

Sounds of Autumn everywhere

Leaves falling like rain to the ground

The sun is bright 

The sky so blue contrasting with the warm colours of the leaves

oh how I will miss your beauty!

Through The Fog Paintings

It was very challenging and I love to learn from art challenges.

 I've pulled the following photographs out of my archives and I must add that I do love movement, blur, light, darkness and mood in photos. There is something mysterious and wonderful about them. Here are a few that I've taken. I would like to start a series and add them to my Red Bubble account. I haven't taken my camera out of the bag and I should. A Slow Autumn 🍂 Morning

Happy Tuesday! Time is going fast my friends. 

The trees have changed colour; red, yellow, orange and brown. 

Leaves are falling and some trees are bare.

I've been enjoying Pumpkin Chai tea with milk and maple syrup from Davids Tea.

The cup is a gift from a friend. I received it before moving to PEI. 

I'm still stuck on the same books and really need to make the time to read more. 

Cold iced coffee for the afternoon and I love popcorn. This one is not my favourite flavour. 

Previously I bought the Pumpkin Spice popcorn and enjoyed that more. 

Books I need to finish by the end of this month. 

I wish you all a lovely week full of love, good health and kindness. 

Love how roses still bloom and blossom in Autumn.
