Finding the Spark

Happy Tuesday friends! Linking up with the lovely and wonderful Elizabeth from  T stands for Tuesday!  I hope you are all doing well. Here in Ontario the weather got a little cooler and a few leaves are falling. I don't mind at all. I found my spark! I got my inspiration back and started painting and collaging!

Painting!

Collage in my Autumn junk journal/collage book

Mr. Ziggy always watching me paint and draw.

I love him so much.

I bought a desk calendar for 2027 and I like Mary Engelbreit's Artwork.

I bought a wall calendar for 2027 and it has cute recipes in each month. Super cute!

I had an iced tea at the sushi restaurant on August 14.

I enjoy tea with my meals instead of fizzy pop because fizzy pop bloats me.

Now that I am thinking about it I miss eating the yummy sushi!

I bought a few Halloween Stickers books from Michaels and I am  enjoying playing around in my Journal

I also enjoy using my hp printer. It is outdated but still works.

Happy Friday Friends!

Happy Friday! How is everyone? Here is the morning photo my hubby sent to me.

I am linking the vlog up with Nicole's lovely Friday Face Off and Gillena's  Art for Fun Friday.

On August 14 we went out and celebrated my Name Day. We had lovely and delicious Sushi.

It was delicious! I got the salmon platter and the smoked salmon salad was my favourite.

This week I also doodled some faces and then made a mess of things so I used stickers and placed them on top of the mistakes and then drew on top of the stickers.

These stickers come with the Leuchtturm1917 notebook.

I enjoyed making these faces and enjoyed using only four markers and highlighters for all of them.

I have not picked up my art supplies for a while and this was so refreshing to do.

As for reading I am still trying to finish a book. It is challenging but I know I will finish one this month.

Currently watching "The Middle" on Netflix and finished watching "My Brilliant Career" on Netflix and loved it so much.

What are you reading and watching at the moment?

What are you working on that is creative?

I would love to know in the comments.

Thank you so much for being here and reading my blog post. I appreciate you.

You are amazing and wonderful!

Thank you kindly!

Chasing The Last Bit of Summer

Happy Friday!

My hubby sent me this photo from Toronto. I appreciate the photos because I know that he will not have this view for a long time as his work changes locations.

So I appreciate all the photos and sunrises!

I am linking the vlog up with Nicole's lovely Friday Face Off and Gillena's  Art for Fun Friday.

I had a funky week but I am sure things will get better.

I have faith in God and believe in prayer.

I finally put together the vlog! It took a long time but I am grateful I put it together in a creative way.

I also used music from Thematic.  I use imovie to edit and it gave me problems but I figured it out. I also had help from my daughter. She is so good with editing in detail. Not I. I just slap it together. lol

I truly hope you watch it and subscribe to my channel. It helps me out a lot.

If you take some time to watch my vlog, I appreciate it very much.

Tomorrow is my nameday!

"The primary celebration for the Mother of God in the Greek Orthodox Church is the Dormition of the Theotokos (Koimisis tis Theotokou), celebrated on August 15th. Known as Dekapentavgoustos, it marks her "falling asleep" (death) and bodily assumption into heaven. It is a major national holiday in Greece, often called the "Summer Pascha" (Easter of the Summer)"

I hope tomorrow we get to do something special for my Nameday. I always enjoy outings!

I have one more episode of "My Brilliant Career" to watch on Netflix. So far I am enjoying it.

My reading, not going well so I am going to force myself to read this weekend. I am going to make a vlog to hold me accountable for reading. :)

As for acting I have done four auditions and nothing yet but I will keep trying.

Thank you kindly my friends and have a lovely weekend!
