Wintering 2025

Winter in the city
Back in Ontario things are different than PEI
I miss nature a lot
I miss the silence,
the slow pace
I miss the sounds and sights of PEI nature
but
I don't mind the change all
I embrace each moment
After going through Breast Cancer I am grateful for everything and I don't complain about things anymore
I feel a lot
I have a lot of emotions but I don't complain
It's a gift from God to live each day
Count your blessings

 I would like to read:

"Wintering The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times"
by Katherine May

It's on my Amazon Wish list. I would like to buy that book and read it.
What book are you reading at the moment?

This is my  "Some Lines a Day" five year journal.
I finished one year of it in PEI and now I am in the second year. It is wonderful to see what happened the year before when I write a few lines daily. Total appreciation for this Journal.

I have a few pen pals and love sending cards to them.
I look forward to hearing their news. Snail mail is fun.

I enjoy product reviews. This one is from Butterly.

I kindly won this beautiful necklace from TOCARA on IG.
Thank you so much I love it!

I am trying out FIELD sketchbook
At first I wasn't that happy about it but I am starting to enjoy this paper.
I will show you more of my art process on my YOUTUBE channel soon.
Feel free to subscribe to my channel if you like.

My hubby sends me photos from work
Usually having to do with the weather.
I love city images.

I enjoy creating collages on Canva.
This is my 2025 outlook.

Auggie
He is a sweetheart of a cat
Always likes to wake me up if I am sleeping on the couch.
I think he wants to make sure I am okay.

Thank you all for reading my blog post.

I hope you are all well and doing okay this winter.
I pray that the Lord blesses you and keeps you healthy and safe. God Bless you all!
