T Stands for 'Tis The Season To Be Jolly!

Happy December 2nd!

I am very happy and excited for this month! I am working on a daily vlog challenge called #VLOGMAS

Linking up with Elizabeth's blog  T Stands for Tuesday

My wonderful husband bought me a lovely Advent Tea Calendar from the UK called Bird and Blend Tea. I love all their flavours. Yesterday's tea was Gingerbread Chai. It was delicious. I love this calendar because It has two tea bags. In january I go through them again and enjoy another cuppa.
I am going to open day two later and will film it in the vlog. Also going to go for a lovely walk in the winter trail! ❄️

Yesterday I created a few pages of collage journaling.

I wrote a letter to Santa and put it in the envelope.

I worked a little in my Leuchtturm1917 book.
I added a page for the Bird and Blend Advent tea

I also created some dangling charms to the book. I will showcase it in the vlog as well.

On Sunday we decorated our tree and also decorated gingerbread houses and made these lovely oranges
They smell so wonderful in the living room.
I will take a picture of the tree and gingerbread houses for my next post, you can see them in the vlog if you like. :)

Feel Free to Use this December Calendar.
You can save it on your computer and print it out.

  1. Your Advent calendar is a lovely, thoughtful gift to countdown the days until Christmas. Your art has put me in a festive mood. Today, I hope to put the candles in the windows. If the kitties will stop resting on the hope chest where the candles are kept. Happy T Day

  6. What a lovely advent calendar! I had a similar one a few years ago (Clipper tea) and enjoyed it very much. I only got one teabag per day thought.
    Happy T-Day,

  8. You've been busy Maria. It looks like you have a lot of decorating done, and it looks beautiful. And you have snow too. We had a nice little dumping yesterday which does make it feel like Christmas is coming. :) I enjoyed your vlog too. I hope it was a super T day. I'm a bit late since yesterday we had the snow and my husband took over the table working from home so I hid upstairs to keep out of his way (I didn't want to make a lot of noise and disturb him). I made lots of fun art and listened to my book up there...ANyhow, enough about me. I hope you had a fantastic T day. hugs-Erika

  10. Dear Maria, what a wonderful idea your husband had! And gingerbread chai sounds delicious. I've also stocked up on teas, and the one I had today is called "Winter Walk" 😊 I can smell your oranges with cloves all the way here – heavenly!

All the best and a wonderful Advent season 🕯️✨❣️, Traude
